Metamora, Indiana ride

Ride Description:

This will be a full day roundtrip ride to Metamora, Indiana and back. The town was once a stop along the Whitewater Canal. The crown jewel of attractions is the water powered grist mill, along with rides on the Whitewater Valley railroad and the only wood aqueduct still in service in this country.

This is a CLOSED chapter event – members are allowed to bring one guest.

Please arrive with tanks full, and people empty.

Road Conditions:

 The ride is along state and US highways.  Moderate curves. 

Costs:  Lunch & fuel

Miles:  Approximately 145-160 round trip

Lunch Stop:  Lunch at Hearthstone Restaurant

Break Stops:  one about hallway to Metamora and the same on the return trip.
