PA / Flight 93 National Memorial Over Night Ride

Description: Three-day trip to the Flight 93 Crash Site and Visitors Center in Shanksville, PA.

Day One: Approximately 370 miles combination of Highway and State Routes to arrive at the Hampton Inn Somerset, PA.

Day Two: Ride to the Visitor Center (10 miles). Spend 2-3 hours at the Crash Site and Visitor Center followed by Lunch. After lunch we will do a 75-100 ride on nice Pennsylvania back roads.

Day Three: Return to Powder Keg. Highway and State Routes. Arrive Approximately 5:00 PM

Road Conditions:  Should be good. Mostly Highway and State Routes

Costs: Hampton Inn Somerset for two nights (August 18th and 19th)

 Hampton Inn Somerset, PA $127.00 + tax each night for a King Room or Two Queens

  Fifteen Room Block under Powder Keg Harley. Just call and make your own reservation.

 Rooms will be released to the public two weeks before arrival. Cancellation midnight 8/11/23.

Staging: Wendy’s by Powder Keg at 7:30am

Kickstands Up: 8:00am

Return Time: 5:00 pm Sunday

This is a CLOSED chapter event – members are allowed to bring one guest.
Please arrive with tanks full, people empty.
